Talking Wolves

I have been working alongside on of Wolves’ biggest fan channels, Talking Wolves, since July 2020, presenting on fan reaction and research-based video content. I also take part in extra presenting work on their weekly live shows. Alongside videos, I have also published numerous match reports and player rating pieces, a skill which has deeply improved my tactical analysis and statistical research.
WDSportz

I have played a key role for WDSportz providing commentary on FA Cup, Essex Senior League and other non-league coverage. I was also part of the content management team who planned what content to produce during COVID breaks. This experience has provided me with useful experience in commentary and an extensive knowledge of different leagues/players. I have the ability to research teams and factual information to put forward high-level and knowledgeable videos. My research also aids in making my commentary more entertaining and informed.
Live at the Quays
Presenter
I was a key part in the student-led ‘Live at the Quays’ page. This media production group gave me the chance to lead numerous interviews with university sports societies as well as professional sports stars such as basketballers Breaon Brady and Jordan Whelan. I was also the lead presenter on their most popular show Planet Sport. These opportunities have greatly broadened my interest in sports research and aided in perfecting my presenting in front of a camera.
Shock Radio
Head of Sport
I joined Shock Sports last year as a co-presenter, during this year I covered a Salford Red Devils match and a University Rugby final, attending the games to provide live commentary and a match report. I was promoted to Head of Sport for this year to take the show forward. I have since created an Instagram page and moved the show from Mixcloud to Spotify to increase audience demographic. This proves my ability to make use of online promotion and come up with ideas to improve an existing product. I have also lead a successful team which shows my ability to organize and work well within a team of journalists.
Stretford Paddock
Media Intern
I have been working with Stretford Paddock (formally Full Time Devils) since April doing research work, editing and commentary. I have helped in scripting transfer videos and doing research on different players and teams for match previews and live watchalongs. Alongside research I also produce graphics for their social media pages. I've also gained experience behind the scenes by showing and helping out producers during live shows. I have recently started to head their social media content for the football team, this involves running the twitter page and attending content meetings.
